- Ausrichtung: Die Innovation entspricht mit mehr als 90% dem Wirkungsbereich von Time => 0,5 Punkte + ausreichender Reifegrad der Innovation => 0,5 Punkte.
- Soziale Akzeptanz: Ergebnis der semantischen Analyse der Kommentare > 0 => 0,5 Punkte/ wenn > 3500 => 1 Punkt.
