The innovation answers to corporate accountability on climate emissions as well as labor exploitation. One of the biggest issue today is that corporation do not comply with current regulations as impacted communities do not have the required financial resources to go to court against them
Como é que isso é resolvido?
We democratise impact litigation funding by allowing ANYONE ( investors or individuals) to support/ invest in these litigations without any minimum threshold.
We then redirect part of the profits to support local initiatives of these impacted communities to build back sustainable resources.
